Kernel upgradation in RHEL

Kernal Software :-
kernel debuginfo is required for vmcore analysis
debug kernel is compiled to troubleshoot issue
kernel - devel and headers is for compiling new kernel
kerne - doc is documentation
For kernel upgradation below two RPM's are mandatory.
kernel-2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64
kernel-firmware-2.6.32-431.el6.noarch
#rpm -ivh kernel-2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64
#rpm -ivh kernel-firmware-2.6.32-431.el6.noarch
#reboot
